Elderly man killed in tow truck crash in New Berlin

NEW BERLIN, WI – An elderly man was killed in a collision involving a tow truck in New Berlin yesterday morning, according to information from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

The collision happened in the 14800 block of W Grange Avenue, east of S Moorland Road at about 10 a.m., when a compact SUV and a tow truck collided.

One person, a 79-year-old New Berlin resident, was taken to the hospital, where he later was pronounced dead.

No further details are available at this time regarding the cause of the crash.
