MILWAUKEE, WI – FOX6 News reports that a pedestrian was struck and seriously injured by a driver on the south side of Milwaukee on Thursday.
Authorities say the crash took place shortly before 2:30 p.m. near the intersection of Layton Boulevard and Greenfield Avenue when a 77-year-old pedestrian was struck by a motorist.
The victim sustained serious injuries in the accident and was transported to a local hospital, where they remain in critical condition.
The driver involved in the collision remained at the scene following the accident.
