Narrative
OMRO, WI – A fiery collision involving three vehicles killed one person and injured two others along the highway in Omro on Thursday afternoon.
The incident happened just after 2:30 p.m. on WI-21 near Sand Pit Road, which is west of Oshkosh and south of Highland Shore.
Police aren’t yet sure what caused the collision . They say that one of the vehicles caught fire, killing the driver inside. Authorities haven’t yet released the identity of the victim.
Medics transported two other drivers to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
A full investigation is underway.
