Narrative
MILWAUKEE, WI – A 24-year-old died, and five people were hurt Monday in a three-vehicle collision in northwest Milwaukee.
The accident happened shortly before 1 a.m. at the intersection of North 37th Street and West Brown Street in the Washington Park area.
Police say that for unknown reasons, a westbound vehicle collided with a northbound vehicle. This initial collision caused the westbound vehicle to then strike a parked car.
One adult from the westbound vehicle died at the scene of the wreck. Authorities have not yet released their identity to the public.
Medics transported four adults and one baby to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
