Narrative
NEW HOLSTEIN, WI – A sixteen-year-old girl died, and two sixteen-year-old boys went to the hospital after two cars collided at a busy intersection in southeast Calumet County.
The incident happened Thursday morning at the intersection of Foundry Road and Plymouth Trail, which is adjacent to Halbach Mink Ranch.
Police say that the victim’s eastbound Chrysler collided with a southbound Buick sedan. The crash forced both cars off of the road, and they landed in a ditch.
The driver of the Chrysler died at the scene of the accident.
Medics transported a passenger from the Chrysler and the driver of the Buick to the hospital with non-critical injuries.
