Narrative
BEAVER DAM, WI – One person died, and at least two others were hospitalized after a two vehicle crash in northwest Dodge County.
The incident occurred around 2:20 p.m. at the intersection of County Highway S and County Highway G, which is just southwest of Brehm’s WonderCreek Nursery.
Police say that the driver of an eastbound SUV carrying three people neglected to heed a stop sign and collided with a southbound minivan carrying five children along with the driver.
The driver of the SUV, identified as a 68-year-old Alma woman, died after transport to a local hospital.
Medics also transported two other adults from the SUV to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
It’s unclear if anyone in the minivan sustained injuries.
